The Berlin Film Festival is gearing up to welcome numerous Oscar hopefuls this month, transforming the German capital into a pivotal stop on their journey to the Academy Awards in Los Angeles. Confirmed attendees include Chloé Zhao, the acclaimed director of "Hamnet," who is slated to present an award. Joining her is Ethan Hawke, a leading contender for Best Actor, set to premiere his historical drama "The Weight," in which he stars alongside Russell Crowe. The festival will also host other notable figures such as Sophie Okonedo, Bella Ramsey, Callum Turner, Sandra Hüller, Juliette Binoche, Isabelle Huppert, Amanda Seyfried, Sam Riley, Rupert Grint, and James Norton.
Anticipated Film Debuts and Special Appearances
Channing Tatum and Gemma Chan are scheduled to showcase their forthcoming feature, "Josephine." Juliette Binoche will also be present, supporting "Queen at Sea" alongside Tom Courtenay and Florence Hunt, while Isabelle Huppert arrives with "The Blood Countess." Bella Ramsey will join Neil Patrick Harris to promote "Sunny Dancer," and the cast of "Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die," including Sam Rockwell, Juno Temple, Zazie Beetz, and Haley Lu Richardson, will also make an appearance.
